It’s time now to move to the next level with cultivation of mushroom. Mushroom Cultivation

Choose the right Mushroom Type
Pick the right mushroom type, study what suits your preferences, budget, qualification, available infrastructure, and human resources as well likely profit. Some common varieties given in our blog number 2, each variety has its unique flavour profile and growth requirements.

Acquire Quality Spores
Mushroom cultivation starts with spawn or spores. Spawn acts as the seed for mushroom, Spores are microscopic reproductive cells. Both can be purchased from reputed suppliers.

Substrate Preparation

Inoculation and Incubation

Harvesting
Time to harvest mushrooms when the caps have fully opened, however before gills start releasing spores. Clean knife / scissors to be used to cut mushrooms at the base.
